Our Fee Structure

Sept 2025 - Sept 2026

Calculations are based upon Daily Rate – £67.50 / Half Day – £33.75 Calculations are made over 51 weeks per year. Calculated on a daily rate times number of days attended per week. We accept the government 38 weeks of funding and funded hours can be stretched over 51 weeks and will be deducted during initial calculations. Fully funded sessions will be offered, subject to availability, for 38 weeks over 3 terms (dates as determined by Nottinghamshire County Council).
Full funded sessions offered:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 12 and/or 12-3pm Additional hours taken during the week above the funded hours must be paid for at the full rate. Full Days – 8am – 6pm.

In order to maintain sustainability, we make a small monthly charge for consumables not covered by the grant. This includes breakfast, home cooked lunch freshly prepared on the premises by our trained and experienced chef, tea, fresh fruit drinks and snacks provided daily.
Enhanced provision above the minimum requirements of the EYFS and specialist trained staff are also covered within the small consumable charge.

Currently, our additional charge is 80p per funded hour. Parents can opt out of the additional charge which is voluntary contribution. However meals and enhanced provision snacks will not be provided and although you may provide your child’s own individual breakfast, lunch, snacks and tea, our strict policy regarding allergens must be followed and a comprehensive list of all ingredients contained in packed lunches must
be provided.
